Description of pressure gauge:

 

The general pressure gauge series is applicable for measuring liquids, gases, or steam that are non-explosive, non-crystallizing, non-solidifying, and have no corrosive effect on copper and copper alloys. The installation modes of pressure include: radial direct installation, radial belt front side installation, radial belt rear installation, axial installation, axial belt front installation, axial belt rear installation, clamp type installation, screw mounting, and flange mounting. Products are extensively utilized in industries such as steelmaking, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, complete sets of automation, supporting services, glass ceramics, plastic rubber, pharmaceuticals, light industry textile, food, water treatment, thermal power, and nuclear industries.

Application of pressure gauge:

Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power stations. They can be used in situations where the measuring medium is highly corrosive, the working environment is harsh, and high seismic resistance requirements are required.

The instrument consists of a pressure guiding system, a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device, and a housing. The outer shell is of an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and contamination invasion. For instruments with liquid flushing inside the casing, it can resist the impact of intense thermal motion in the working environment and reduce the fluctuation of medium pressure.

 

Specification of pressure gauge:

• When choosing a product, please make sure that the measured medium is compatible with the contacting parts of the product.
• To guarantee reliable operation, it is recommended to install a three-valve manifold between the measurement point and the transmitter, ensuring a gradual and uniform pressure application to the positive and negative pressure chambers of the transmitter.
• During installation, it is preferable to position the pressure interfaces at both ends horizontally to minimize the influence of the installation location on the product.
• For special requirements such as intense vibration, instantaneous impact force, strong electromagnetic interference, or radio frequency interference, please notify our company and specify these requirements in the order.
